These are really cool. What resolution are they? Would love to use them as a background on my dual monitors which are 1920×1200 each.

the first one is at a resolution of 3938 x 709, the second at 3951 x 726. The original images were taken at 1920 x 1080 – there seems to be a fair loss of height when stitching them together – don’t know if that is my inexperience or just a fact of life with panoramas 😉

you should be able to download them, it’s nice to know someone likes them – thanks 🙂

Just curious how you shot these. Did you just turn your character around while taking shots and then stitch them together in Photoshop?

hi, yes I basically took a screenshot of view to left, straight ahead and view to right (making sure of overlap) then stitched together. I used Hugin but the same functionality is in Photoshop as far as I know.

I wrote a post explaining my Hugin settings here if you’re interested 🙂
